WWII U.S. Army Service Shoes with Canvas Leggings – 1/6 Scale

Scale: 1/6Era: Second World WarCondition: Pre-owned, weathered finish

A well-executed pair of 1/6 scale WWII U.S. Army service shoes with canvas leggings, accurately representing the standard footwear worn by American soldiers during the early and mid-years of the Second World War.

The brown leather low-quarter service shoe, combined with khaki canvas leggings, was the U.S. Army’s primary marching and field footwear at the outbreak of WWII. This configuration was issued widely to infantry, artillery, and support units and saw service in training camps across North America as well as overseas in North Africa, Europe, and the Pacific. While later replaced in frontline units by the double-buckle combat boot, service shoes with leggings remained in use throughout the war, particularly with rear-area and occupation forces.

The sculpting captures correct period proportions, stitching, and legging hardware, while the applied weathering suggests light field wear consistent with wartime use. These hollow-cast shoes are designed to slide over a 1/6 scale figure’s lower legs and integrate cleanly with modern WWII figure bodies.
