The decoration consists of a black enamelled cross pattée with gilt borders, with four gilt German eagles positioned between the arms, each bearing a wreath with central emblem. The obverse center features a white enamel ring inscribed “NATIONALSOZIALISTISCHE”, surrounding the central device, all set within a decorative gilt bezel consistent with the order’s formal presentation style.
